After more than 140 years of proudly serving the floral community, we want to share some important news with you directly.

As of June 28th, DVFlora will be acquiring our Pennsauken and Laurel locations. This change does not affect our Pittsburgh and Jacksonville locations as these branches will continue to operate as usual. Our final day for order pickup and delivery in Pennsauken and Laurel will be Friday, June 27, 2025.

For generations, it has been our privilege to serve floral professionals like you. We value the relationships we have built together and have taken great pride in knowing your business, understanding your needs, and delivering the products and service you rely on. That personal connection is what has made our work so meaningful and what made this decision such a serious one.

After careful consideration, we chose DVFlora as the right partner to carry our legacy forward. Their reputation in the industry, depth of inventory, and commitment to customer service gives us confidence that your business will be in good hands. 

Please note: Any outstanding invoices and/or balances for purchases made from Pennock prior to June 28th remain payable directly to Pennock Floral under your existing terms. Please remit payments to:
